Blogspiration (3)

Blogspiration is a weekly meme hosted by GrowingUp YA & saz101. The meme was created to help spark inspiration among bloggers, readers & writers alike. An inspirational quote/picture/video is posted weekly, on the day of the author's choosing, so that it may inspire creativity, conversation & just a little SOMETHING.

This week I thought we'd do things Potter Style! Not that I have yet to do a Blogspiration post that wasn't Potter Style but... you know what I mean.

I've always liked the idea of choice and that what you're born with doesn't dictate who you are. My man Dumbledore acknowledges that we are human and therefore not perfect but doesn't hesitate in saying that our actions speak louder than anything we may be thinking.

What inspires YOU? And hey... you have all read HP, right? *stares*

    EXACTLY.

It's our CHOICES, Harry! One of things I loved so very, very much in HP is how very similar Harry and Tom Riddle are. All the parralells in their childhoods and upbringings. And how all it takes is a choice. They both CHOSE to become who they are... just like people CHOOSE to love, and how it was that tiny little PINCH of love in Harry's earliest years that may have helped to define and shape him.

EEEEEEEEEE! SONIA! SARAH LOVES IT!!!! Thank you! ♥

  9. HEHE. I love that your Blogspiration's are in Potter style. Because for those who weren't aware, HARRY POTTER IS FREAKING AMAZING.

I love this quote and I love your thoughts on it. That especially rings true for RAB.... look how he was born and raised and yes, his choices led him down that dark path, but in the end, they also redeemed him. And of course, OF COURSE it screams Snape <3 There is always hope for redemption if we make the right choices.

  11. Love this quote!! I totally believe that choices make who we are and pave our path in life. We determine our own future by the decisions we make today.

In English, the theme of our course is fate vs. free will and I can't help but think of that while reading this post. I'm a firm believer of free will and choices. I decide who I am, no one else!

And I love you for Harry Pottering this meme! (if that made any sense :P ) Dumbledore knows what he's talking about!
